We want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and furniture; if an item doesn't perfectly fit your space, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original packaging and in unassembled, unused condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repackage your items in their original boxes, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
